You do not need to be present for delivery or pickup as long as we have clear placement instructions and the site is accessible. Before your scheduled delivery, we confirm where you want the dumpster placed, any gate codes or access details, and surface requirements (such as avoiding soft ground that may not support the truck). For pickup, we ask that the path to the dumpster be clear and that the container is loaded according to our safety guidelines.
